It is not unusual to see float planes alongside of some of the cottages.
This is the type of boat we are seeing alot. It seems like cottagers must find them useful for hauling stuff to and from their cottages.
Here is a marker you do not want to miss, where there are visible rocks there are also often submerged rocks just outside of the channel
This cottager built a pretty niffty bridge between his two islands
It is hard to appreciate, but we are close enough to this edge to throw a soft ball, yet here the depth was 113 feet under the boat.
Coming into the Parry Sound area. Back in the 1800s this entire bay could be filled with logs being floated down to saw mills in southern Ontario.

As nice as Tuesday was in Parry Sound, This is what Wednesday looked like
So Wednesday was used for inside cleaning of the boat, laundry, and grocery shopping. The weather is supposed to improve for the remainder of the week and weekend. We are planning to head out for a few days of anchoring come Thursday.
